Shipping Fees

In the State of California:

- Free Shipping on orders of $59 and above

- A Flat Rate of $6.99 on orders under $59

In the rest of the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia:

- Free Shipping on orders of $99 and above

- A Flat Rate of $14.99 on orders under $99

Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipping:

-Currently we do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. However, we are working to introduce shipping to all overseas countries and regions. You can sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page to know when shipping is available to your area.

Delivery Time Frame

The exact delivery date of your order may depend on several factors, including, without limitation, the date and time you place your order, the schedules and processes of our shipping partners, holiday schedules, weather, and other factors. Even though we try to anticipate delays, we cannot predict or always prepare for delays caused by carriers, mistakes in delivery or shipment information, changes to orders, strikes, bad weather, or other similar circumstances. If there is a delay, we will do whatever we can to help move things along, although we cannot promise we’ll be able to resolve the delay. Shipping Fee Structure and Free Shipping

We may, in our sole discretion, set or modify the shipping fee structure, pricing, and type (flat rate, calculated shipping, free shipping etc.) for each or all shipping zones. We may add or modify shipping zones. We may set and adjust minimum (or maximum) quantity and/or price requirements from time to time for any shipping zone, user, or order placed on the Alasaleh site.
